GOOD TIMES OF THE DAY

In no particular order....

1. My sister coming in my room at 7:00 am... smiling and saying.. "It's me !!"
2. Mikey and AJ stealing some Macaroni and Cheese from the Can Drive... and making me a plate down in Paula's room
3. Going to Island Broiler with Pops
4. Finding extra bags of the coolest caramel melting balls so that I can make some more kick ass caramel corn !!
5. Maxi running into my room two seconds after I text him threatening to eat his snickers
6. Hugging the crap out of Christensen
7. Listening to "Viva la Vida" over and over again in my car...
8. Charlie and my sister coming to my school to tell me that they are having a Tessa Baby for sure... Yea a girl !!
9. Wing night at the Mac Arthur's/Jose showing me how to change the oil
10. Laughing with pops watching Supernatural...
11. Kelsey asking me what truly makes me happy.. and reading her post about it

I am truly blessed.. and grateful for the good times I have on a daily basis.. Don't forget to remember yours... :>)

A DREAM I HAVE

I grew up a city girl.. raised in California. The first time I rode a horse for a long period of time was at college.. took a horseback riding class with one of my roommates...that is when I fell in love. His name was Houston.. and he was a stubborn bastard :>) But, when I got through to him.. through love and kindness.. he would do anything for me. Since then, there is something magical to me when it comes to horses. There is a freedom, strength, and escape that I feel when I ride. What is sad, is that I haven't ridden in years. I am gonna start up again.... A dream I have is to one day have a ranch with tons of horses. Yah, it's a dream... :>) but, it could happen. In the meantime.. I will have my cowboy bedroom.. and horse bathroom to remind me of it. Here are some of my favorite visuals of horses...

MOMMA'S BOY

This be my Maxi Pad... I love this picture cause he wrote Mom on his arm for her birthday. The boys gave him crap for it.. but in good old Max fashion... he could care less. He is one of the neatest kids I have had the opportunity to associate with. He is an original. A lot of that has to do with his cool mom.. and the relationship they have... Love my job... :>)

MY GARAGE SALE SIDEKICK

So this last weekend I had a garage sale.. I had to sell some of my stuff so I could go out and buy more stuff to sell at my next garage sale.. :>) Anyway, Hutcher was a good little helper. He helped me price.. and he made a sign for the sale too...


If you can't read it it says... "The Hutch and Tampa Show".. :>) Then he drew a picture of me and him in the upper right corner. He also wrote my address and please... and then drew pictures of stuff that I sold. The best is he wrote "I love you" in the center... He is quite the little advertiser !!!

So, as you can probably tell from my posts.. I had the boys the last couple of days, thanks to their mom and dad for letting me steal them :>) They are the light of my life.. and we had a blast. We pretty much went non-stop.. and by the end I was dead.. But of course, they were still going.. like the "Energizer Bunny". This collection is our time at Hidden Valley Park.

LUNCH LADY LAND

So Shell is now working in our school cafeteria. I will go up when she comes and chill with her and our freakin awesome lunch ladies. Wendy and Kristen are hilarious, and continuously make me laugh. I am not one to eat cafeteria food.. but for them I am almost on the verge... :>) I had to take a pic and do a tribute.. cause lunches twice a week at school have become a highlight.














Wendy made this... It is the cutest Halloween Decoration. She just cut some holes in the pumpkin, found some branches, tore some halloween fabric, got a fake bird.. and made the cutest halloween centerpiece. I am making one next year !!

Peace Out

Something I love about my job is how I learn from the kids, and everyday I learn at unexpected times in unexpected ways. One of my frequent daily visitors.. is My Mariaaaaa !! She cracks me up. Today we were talking about the peace sign... Maria tells me that she... for years has drawn the peace sign upside down.. we got a good laugh out of that...

I then showed her how I draw peace... and she fell over....


In the end we agreed.. that both ways pretty much get the point across of the importance of peace. Cause it isn't how you draw it.. it is how you live it !!

Pop's Vista

Pop's house is getting built. It is going up fast !! We stopped by there tonight.. and I broke out my new Nikon Coolpix Camera... to take some pics. He has no backyard... none.. but he does have a vista. :>) At least that is what the people he is buying the house from said... actually it is gorgeous.. little creek, farmland, trees, .. pretty.... total vista view. Love my new camera !!! Thanks pops.
